This is an absolutely beautiful book which explores a really important topic. I found myself moved to tears at points whilst reading, and I have since already bought more copies for my friends children, so that they can enjoy this meaningful work too.

This is a beautifully written and illustrated book. My little boy loved it so much I’ve bought it for all of my friends with young children. I very much appreciated the helpful message that emotions can be difficult but with the right support they can be our friend.

A book that is meaningful and engaging for both children and adults is not a common find. I was deeply moved by the words in this book and the story created by the author, Sybille. I can’t wait to buy it for my best friend and her toddler, knowing that this story will both teach her child something extremely valuable while also help her heal and understand her own past experiences.
